I'm trying to book a room online and your system won't let me. How can I fix it?
Our self service portal allows you to submit a request for a meeting room reservation a minimum of seven (7) calendar days' in advance and a maximum of thirty (30) days in advance. This aligns with our Meeting Room Policy.
If you are trying to book a meeting room within the next calendar week, you will not be able to do so online.
If you are trying to book a meeting room more than 30 days in the future, please try back within 7-30 calendar days of your event and you will be able to proceed.
If your reservation falls within the approved range of lead time, please reach out to meetingroom@nhfpl.org so we may assist you.
